W. Austin Barsalou
Biography
Austin Barsalou is a Board Certified expert in HOA law and Residential Real Estate law, and is a frequent speaker and author on the subjects of deed restriction enforcement, maintenance fee collection, and corporate HOA issues, and teaches continuing legal education on HOA law for the Texas Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association and other organizations. He previously served as a director on the Board of the Houston Chapter of the Community Associations Institute for three years. Austin is the former chair of the Legal Committee for the Houston Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. He is also a member of the Common Interest Ownership Committee of the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
